Jenny Jung (MD PhD Candidate, previous Yale Fox Fellow) is a global health researcher at Burnet Institute in Melbourne, Australia; and a consultant providing evidence synthesis and implementation research for World Health Organization. Jenny’s work interests are focused on health solutions to promote health inequality and inequity, and to ensure affordable and quality services are provided for disadvantaged populations. Of particular, she is passionate about advancing digital health for the care and prevention of cardiovascular disease among vulnerable population groups.
Jenny’s current research focuses on the integration of non-communicable diseases into antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care. In this area of expertise, she leads evidence synthesis for the development of clinical practice guideline recommendations by the WHO. Jenny has published more than 20 peer-reviewed articles in journals such as Lancet Global Health, Lancet Digital Health, and BMC Medicine.
