Dr. Samuel Oti MD PhD MBA is a senior program specialist at Canada's International Development Research Centre. In this role, he oversees a diverse portfolio of research grants covering pandemic preparedness and response, One Health, noncommunicable diseases, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in health across low- and middle-income countries. A commissioner on the Chatham House Commission for Universal Health, Dr. Oti is also a co-founder of the Network of Impact Evaluation Researchers in Africa. Beyond his professional roles, he hosts a popular podcast - MedxTek Africa - that showcases digital health and technology innovations in Africa.
